It’s BACK, after a several year hiatus, this former high school welded mascot has made a ROARING COMEBACK!
The building it now sits in front of has been going though recent changes from a school to the new government city hall. The tiger itself was removed years ago and has been painstakingly refurbished looking BRAND NEW as it did originally all those years ago. If you don’t know, the tiger was a gift from former welding students and presented to the then high school at this same address and located on the same corner it sits today.
You can find this former high school welded ‘Tiger Mascot’ in front new city hall on White Street in Key West. There’s at least one more awesome welded school mascot in town that I’ll report on in the future so stay tuned!
